Time is running out for convenience store colleagues to participate in the ACS’ Convenience Colleague Survey, an initiative aimed at understanding and improving working conditions within the sector.
The ACS is making a final push this week to gather as many responses as possible.
The survey, which takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, covers a range of topics related to employment experiences. Participants are asked to share their thoughts on issues such as commuting, employment contracts, flexible work arrangements, and the use of employee benefits. The anonymised and confidential data collected will be instrumental in informing policy campaigns advocating for better working conditions, as well as contributing to the ‘Our Colleague’ section of the Local Shop Report.
As a sweetener, all those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of 10 £100 One4All shopping vouchers.
Retailers are encouraged to support the survey by promoting it to their staff.
Resources and further information for retailers can be found on the ACS website.
